1991 --> Now

Everything from 1991 Radio Shack ad I now do with my phone

I'd add, significantly, a 12 Megapixel camera. No Sasquatches will escape me! And how about when I used to travel a bit and a quarter of my baggage was occupied by CD Audiobook sets? And, I never have to try to remember that neat recipe I saw while browsing Cook's Illustrated at NOLS. Or that neat shop tip I saw while reading Fine Woodworking at NOLS. I always have a magnifying glass in my pocket (Lumin). And a compass. (Significantly improved in iOS 9). And a map for anywhere I am. And I never have to remember what the name was of that one movie with Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft (The Graduate). And what if I want to call someone, and I can't remember their number? Or if I have a song in my head (earworm) and can't remember the title? And let's not forget my HP Calculator (I'm old enough to remember bamboo and plastic slide rules, and circular slide rules). The list goes on and on.

Isaac Asimov must be grinning in his grave.
