You may have read about a security vulnerability revealed last week called Shellshock.
Here's an article with quotes from Apple on this. Basically, Apple will fix the vulnerability, and in the mean time you needn't do anything unless you're using advanced aspects of Unix.

Using a DIY fix requires extensive use of Terminal, and that carries its own risks.
