iTunes Store Refunds

I think I've mentioned this before on the SMUG forum, but it's worth repeating.
If you make a mistake in ordering from the iTunes Store, it's easy to rectify. I've had a couple of experiences with this.

Yesterday, I was researching for my March demo on AirPlay, etc., and found an article mentioning the best apps that use AirPlay to allow dual-monitor setups. For example, your iPhone can be a controller and your HDTV is the main monitor.
Most are games, but one was a browser that allows you to switch tabs, etc. on the iPhone or iPad while seeing the website in question full screen on the TV. I ordered it because I thought it'd be good to show at the meeting.

But I hadn't read the description closely enough. It's iPad-only, and I'll be demoing on my iPhone. It was only $1.99, so I wasn't much bothered. But then I remembered that I'd gotten an almost-instant refund for a mistaken purchase in the past.

So I followed the Report a Problem links. In less than 24 hours, I got an e-mail saying the payment had been credited back to my card, no questions asked.
