gmail problem

Post by Sterling Epps » Sat Apr 14, 2012 12:10 pm

My Gmail says it is 99% full. I have deleted ALL my gmail but can't get the 99% full to go away. How do I accomplish this task. I have tried to find "ARCHEIVE" but could not locate that title.

Thanks

How are you using Gmail? Are you using Webmail, Apple Mail or some other mail application?

I am using the Mail program on my Mac. It is the postage stamp. It also reports the same on gmail.com sign in.

Thanks

You probably need to go into gmail.com, click on Settings, click the forwarding link. There should be a button there that says something like When a message is deleted delete it from the POP or IMAP server, click save.
