CheckBook Pro & Quicken Essentials

This is a follow-up to my previous post "Upgrade and Quicken Essentials".
I decided to make this a new topic in case other users of Quicken Essentials are wondering what they might want to do next.

Ray's suggestion about CheckBook Pro has turned out to be an excellent one for my use..
I am now fully as functional in CB Pro as I am in Quicken Essentials.
I no longer need to worry about going to High Sierra and losing my Quicken Essentials.
(Essentially they have now been replaced!)

Thank you, Ray for steering me this direction. :D

All my imported data have been verified (by verifying balances, totals and reports.)
So, my accounts are set up.
I can schedule future payments (recurring), I can make reports of many types and I can reconcile an account.
That's about all I need.

I have fine-tuned layouts a bit to suit my preference.
All was pretty easy and when HELP document didn't help me on an issue, support answered e-mail questions promptly and clearly.
I am totally satisfied with having made this change.

I am choosing for a short while to make new entries in both applications until I am brave enough to go completely solo on CheckBook Pro.
