Annoying desktop message

Ever since installing El Capitan on my iMac I get this message frequently. I do not know what file it refers to and don't know how to get rid of it. I hope the screen shot shows.

Do you use the SuperDuper utility for backups? If so, try reinstalling it and see if that fixes your problem.

The only things on the web I found support Ray's idea, that it's related to SuperDuper:

It looks like Apple changed something in El Capitan and the SuperDuper developers got caught short.

For what it's worth, I've had no problems with SuperDuper and Sierra but out of curiosity I opened SuperDuper and immediately received a message telling me that there was a new version that would work with Sierra. I installed it and everything is OK. However, I wasn't having problems with SuperDuper and Sierra anyway.
