Re: Possible scam phone call from "Apple Support".

Molly's called me four times today. I think she likes me. My wife's beginning to become suspicious.

Re: Calendar Spam Invite

Yeah, it just happened to me the morning of 11/25. Not only does the spam show up in Calendar but also in BusyCal. Showing up in BusyCal makes sense since it uses all the iCloud data. Like you, I don't want to use DECLINE because that just notifies the sender (SPAMer) that the email address is being...

Re: Annoying desktop message

For what it's worth, I've had no problems with SuperDuper and Sierra but out of curiosity I opened SuperDuper and immediately received a message telling me that there was a new version that would work with Sierra. I installed it and everything is OK. However, I wasn't having problems with SuperDuper...

Memories look good esthetically but the old albums are really ugly un...

Re: Safari v10.0

And websites that just wouldn't run video in the old Safari necessitating my flipping over to Chrome will now display video in the new Safari. This is most excellent. Did you try New York Times video? I've got another half hour to wait for Sierra (after an all-night download). I didn't update Safar...

Re: Sierra Installation

Yup, no problems here either with the download, install, and the use of installed programs. But the download is 4.6GB is size so depending on the speed of your I'Net connection it might be easier letting it download overnight and then do the install the following morning.

Safari v10.0

I haven't downloaded the new macOS yet (Sierra) but I did download the new version of Safari (v10.0) which is recommended for users of macOS El Capitan (v10.11.x). The new Safari is suppose to have some security updates as well as run videos in HTML5 whenever possible avoiding Flash and all it's pro...
