Add a mailbox or folder

I have an iPad Air 2 and running iOS 11.0.3. I have two e-mail accounts; icloud and olypen and I am using the Apple included Mail app. I want to add a mailbox, or folder, for saved messages within the olypen account. I go to Mailboxes>Edit and it shows a saved folded in the icloud account but only I...

Re: How to Open a Zip File

Thanks Richard. That did it. I thought I had done that and nothing happened, but it did this time. It created a folder on my desktop with the pictures in it.

How to Open a Zip File

How do I open a Zip file that contains photos? I am running Snow Leopard; is there an old program available for this OS?

On an older Mac, I had at one time, I thought the zip files unzipped automatically with some already installed program on the Mac. Is that possible and I am not seeing it now?

Re: Move Picture

Thanks Stephen, that worked. I didn't have to hold long, but I found that you just need to touch and not press on the picture. I found that one time it didn't seem to want to work and I found I was pressing too hard; I let up and touched again and it went immediately.

Move Picture

I have a picture on my iPad that I received as an attachment in an email. How do I move that picture into my photos app on the iPad- or can I move that picture to my photos in the photos app on the iPad? The iPad is running iOS 10.3.2. I cannot go through my computer because it is old and maxed out ...

Pause the video and take a screenshot (or take the shot before starting the video); simultaneously press and release the Wake/Sleep and Home buttons.

Re: Unknown Activity Wakes Computer

Thanks jhaney54. Yes the iMac does go back to sleep after waking up. I checked my Energy Saver Preference and the wake for network access was not checked to be on and nothing was entered for a scheduled wake up; everything was grayed out. I checked the entries and I could enter scheduled events. I j...

Unknown Activity Wakes Computer

When I finish using my iMac desktop, in the evening, I put it to sleep. At approx. 8:40 PM it wakes up. How do I find what is waking up the computer? I know there is an activity log (somewhere), but when I have looked at it in the past I have never been able to understand what it is telling me. Now,...
