If you leave Send new messages from: Automatically select best account and then click on the mail inbox for any one of your accounts it will automatically use that account to send a new email. Jay, Can items, once in the external drive, still be edited or deleted and viewed in Photo? And are all videos included in this same Photo Library? All photos and videos in the Photos app are kept in a file called Photos Library. Its physical location is here: Mac HD> Users> Your user name> Pictures.
