Re: iPhoto problem

Jay. I did as you suggested and when the computer restarts and opens, the card reader opens and iPhoto then opens and automatically imports the images. Bob, then when I open Image Capture, a box opens and I can download the photos in Pictures. I disconnect card reader and restart , then connect card...

I had not bought a new printer and the only recent software I installed was Audacity for recording cassettes and I have taken all of the preferences for that off the computer after I had the problem. But the problem didn't start till a week after I installed Audacity. Also earlier I had reinsta...

Re: iPhoto problem

Thanks Jay, I dragged the plist to the trash, it made no difference. Stephen, both the camera and the card in the reader do not show in the finder. I have used the keyboard USB for many months with no problems. All the images are safe, thanks. I use an Olympus C8080 in the highest jpeg mode and when...

Re: iPhoto problem

Thanks Stephen and Richard. Richard's idea seemed quicker and it worked. I set up a Guest account and as soon as I plugged my card reader into the USB on the keyboard, it showed up on the desktop. I imported them into iPhoto and after ejecting the card reader I plugged in a flash drive and put the i...
