Swish Search Help

Is there anyone locally who could help with the Swish search engine? It's installed for my domain, eugraph.com, but is returning zero results for all subdomains. The domain host can't help. And I glaze over after half a page of the Swish documentation. I'm happy to pay for help

Re: Safe Finder, Safari problems

A timely article from the New York Times Tech Section:

Wirecutter, a product review site owned by The New York Times, recommends the Malwarebytes program for both Windows and Mac computers; a free trial is available.

Re: Safe Finder, Safari problems

What macOS and Safari version are you using?

Re: Safe Finder, Safari problems

As to app updates, it's best to rely on the App Store. Any software you installed from the App Store will update through the App Store only, and you can be 99 44/100% sure that's safe. At least I haven't heard of an app update from the App Store that was fraudulent. Of course, any app update could h...

It seems that many people suggest Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/, which is free for an uninstall of adware, and $40 for a continuous scanning version. Caveat: I have no personal experie...

Re: iPhone X Photography

BTW, here's my most ambitious iPhone X photography project so far, a three-hour-long time lapse of a Thatching Ant hill. The resulting video is 24 MB, which should be no problem for those of you lucky enough to have high-speed internet. At some point I'll see if I can compress it more. I shot it on ...

In Apple's lates ad touting the iPhone X Portrait Mode, I detect a nod to Luxo Jr.

Re: AirPort Firmware Update

The official demise of Apple's AirPort hardware line: I'd be interested in hearing experiences with other current systems. We have an AirPort Extreme acting as an ethernet router and the main WiFi point. We have an AirPort Express wired to our stereo via RCA cables to stream music to our living-room...
