OWC has updated the dock I mentioned above:

I've been puzzled by something I've accidentally done a few times on my iPad: touch and hold an image, and it lifts up and you can drag it. But then what? Of course, one obvious thing you might do is drag from one part of a document to another, if you were in Pages, for example. Finally, I decided t...

Considering new MacBook

Spurred on by Jay's post about his new Mac mini , I priced out two MacBooks. Our situation is different from Jay's. We have a 2010 MacBook in use now with a microscope camera. It could also be used as a travel Mac, though we've been mostly using our iPad. Because the camera is USB only, we can't sub...

Re: Considering new Mac Mini

I will need a external FaceTime camera... suggestions? You could buy an iPhone XS and duct tape it to the top of the display! (Or, for a more Halloweeny effect, to the stand.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ But seriously, folks, there must be very small external came...
