I have been looking all over for my discs. They seem to be missing also.
I have a MacBook Pro. I bought it in May. It has Snow Leopard on it.

not in trash...maybe they were at one time? Have looked all over for the missing apps.
I am not worried about the missing items but just want to get the programs back up. Will I have to buy a new ilife?

lost ilife....

Boy, did a big goof somehow again....
lost parts of ilife...iphoto, preview,address book...the icons on the dock but will not open,gets a question mark over them, and can not find any icon for iphoto under applications...does not appear anywhere.
Is it all gone? :oops:

It seems to working with the double click on the folder...let's hope it will stay.

thanks, will give that a try. I have gotten this much done: I tap to click the folder, then secondary click it in the low right hand corner and a drop down window comes and give me choices. I can click open and it does. Is this how this computer should do it? I am so used to just clicking on the fol...

double-click is over two lines on the fast side. one finger has tap to click checked and dragging checked. two fingers: nothing checked and three fingers nothing checked. I have tried clicking all over the track pad. Not used to this track pad so don't know where check marks should be. Don't know wh...
